'Is Recurring' on Transaction Post Type Has False Negative

Transaction post types are reporting 'no' on Is Recurring field, even when recurring is set on the subscription level and Stripe dashboard confirms that next invoice is up.

"Is Recurring" refers to if the payment is a recurring payment, not if the level or not is recurring. Might be worth changing the wording on that.

So, if I have a monthly recurring subscription level, and I sign up for one, the very first transaction post type will say 'No' as it is the very first payment and not that it is a payment that has been recurring? Then in the next month, when Stripe renews it, it'll create another transaction post type that then says 'Yes' on 'Is Recurring' to acknowledge how it was created?
