Issue creating multiple subscriptions (>80)

I'm trying to customize my site with multiple ~200 subscription cards for different regions. When I create more than 80, the Leaky Paywall plugin Subscriptions tab truncates to about 80 or so. It also refuses to save changes to other sections of the Subscriptions tab (e.g. adding Restricted folders doesn't work). I emailed Ty with this issue for some assistance late last night but haven't heard back. Please let me know if there is some troubleshooting or error messages I can provide. At the moment I do not have control to modify subscription tiers, or restricted pages, the changes revert back immediately.
