I recently learned that new Strong Customer Authentication rules will be coming into force for Europeans making card payments in September.

I've been following the guide at https://stripe.com/docs/strong-customer-authentication to make our Stripe integration compliant.

Do you have a plan to make Leay Paywall's Stripe integration compliant in time for September?

Yes, that is on our roadmap to be compliant by September.
