Describe the feature

In vim, the command 'set wrap' will toggle text wrapping.
The zed command 'editor: toggle soft wrap' exists, and should be executed by 'set wrap' when vim emulation enabled by default.

Zed: v0.162.5 (Zed)
OS: Linux Wayland arch unknown
Memory: 31.3 GiB
Architecture: x86_64
GPU: AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT (RADV NAVI21) || radv || Mesa 24.2.7-arch1.1
