Set auto_insert to false not working

When i set the auto_insert behavior to false and open/toggle a terminal it still keeps opening in insert mode

removing this lines in terminal.lua:


make the open/toggle a terminal always in normal mode

@zbirenbaum i think you need to make some if checks ( in those lines with startinsert )
