Switch from "validThrough" to "expires" #56

We did realize that "validThrough" is documented right now here https://github.com/zazuko/rdf-cube-view-query/blob/master/README.md#version-history and there is a function apparently.

We decided to move to expires https://github.com/zazuko/rdf-cube-schema-viz#version-history-of-cubes .. will this be switched soon?

As discussed by @bergos, we are sunsetting "validThrough" in favor for "expires" as discussed in https://github.com/zazuko/rdf-cube-schema-viz/issues/1.
