The postgres-operator example doesn't quite work

When deploying the postgres-operator example, it looks like the operators come up fine, but a postgres database isn't being created like before. It doesn't look like any of the helm chart or container version changed, but I guess we can't really know whether they mutated the tag that we are using for the postgres operator.

In the short term, I'm just going to submit a PR that adds a note to the README for the postgres-operator example saying what we are seeing, and that a fix to it will be coming later. This doesn't need to hold up cutting a new release.
