Description

Currently clicking on the achievements section images takes you the top of the page. This behavior is unwanted, and it should show details about the achievement

TODO

On clicking the image it should show the description, just like in the desktop view(on hover)

It's as it is, for the href="#". And also in desktop view when clicked it renders back to the home section which is not expected. Can we put the link to the home page of the organization instead of #? Also will work with mobile devices!
