Sleep Timer is not working sometimes.

Steps to reproduce the bug

I set a time to stop the music .
the timer contdown started,
then i take a nap
When i wake up, the countdown is ended long ago but the music is still playing.
When i unlock my phone and open inner tune the sleeptimer icon (🌙) is totally disappeared after the contdown but music is still playing !

Expected behavior

The song should stopped playing once the contdown ends.

Actual behavior

The timer stooped and disappered but the song is not stopped
