    创业一年半总结> 审视产品、团队、市场> 创业过程中遇到的坑> 关于带团队的理解- 审视产品、团队、市场寻找早中期公司机会时,一般是从产品、团队、市场三个方面来考察这个公司、项目是否可靠可行。三个方面的情况都需要自己亲自勘察。比如初创团队和创始人。除了单独和他面谈,通过他对这个市场的分析,对产品的规划等了解1、公司业务的情况;2、了解这个人对整个行业的理解;3、分析人物性格,做事风格。同时也需要多从行业人士或者其他人的角度来了解这些初创团队,特别是创始人。因为创始人在初创公司太重要,如果多人做决定,出现妥协的情况就会容易导致没有人来负责;所以一般是必须有一个一锤定音的人,一般就是创始人。如果创始人(或者ceo)对行业了解不深(很多互联网从业者有很好的背景,打着互联网+的名号杀入其他行业),请做好碰多次壁的准备。同时从面谈来分析一个人毕竟有限且容易被误导,从事偏运营的人说话易满,很容易被鼓舞;从事偏技术的人说话很实在,很多人有货说不出来。所以听运营讲话要听一半信一半,听技术出身的人讲可以适当放大一下。...
