Hey all,

I have a site support request or eventually it's a feature request. youtube-dl already supports the site Lecturio in the english variant (lecturio.com). They also have a german page lecturio.de that is nearly the same site. Actually the extractor(s) already don't recognize the url and falling back to generic. If I'm understanding the structure of the extractors right, an extractor recognizes a URL, then extracts the needed data and then it's downloaded by the needed downloader.

I think the portal it self isn't diffictult to support in the same way but I'm not sure. The extractor only recognizes URLs like http://www.lecturio.com/something.course but the german varaint uses this url scheme: http://www.lecturio.de/something.kurs.

Eventually it's possible to do it easy. That would be my hope.

Eventually someone is able to implement this.

Best Regards

That's the URL I try to download: https://www.lecturio.de/jura/grundrechte.kurs

I'm using the newest version 2018.12.17 which falls back to generic.

If further informations are needed please tell me which ones are needed.

Best Regards
