America's Test Kitchen site has changed. Extraction of videos now fails. #18225

Description of your issue, suggested solution and other information

America's Test Kitchen has switched the way that they host videos which has broken the extractor within youtube-dl. Was wondering if someone could look into this and fix it. It does not matter if it's a public video or a subscription only video using the "--cookies" command, the same error occurs.
