  • I've verified and I assure that I'm running youtube-dl 2018.09.01
  • At least skimmed through the README, most notably the FAQ and BUGS sections
  • Searched the bugtracker for similar issues including closed ones
  • Checked that provided video/audio/playlist URLs (if any) are alive and playable in a browser

When you download a 480p .mp4 video with youtube video and audio downloader and other youtube downloaders for this video "https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Zi_XLOBDo_Y" from youtube, it downloads properly as an .mp4 in 640x480 resolution, but when you use youtube-dl to download it, it downloads as an .mp4 in 480x360 resolution, so how to do get youtube-dl to download it properly in the correct 640x480 resolution? If other youtube downloaders that can easily download and convert it in the correct resolution, youtube-dl should be able to as well, and it used to download it properly in the correct resolution a while ago. You should fix that. Thanks.
