Switching between languages doesnt apply until you modify the text.

Steps to reproduce

For example spanish to english:

1. I type "hello". but the language is set spanish>english and the translated result is the same "hello", so I need to switch them.
2. Switch from spanish>english to english>spanish
3. Nothing is translated
4. add a space, or a word like "hello world"
5. then its translated

Expected behavior

Immediatelly update translation when switching

Actual behavior

Nothing happen.
