Hello,
I am facing a problem with the timeline when dragging the timeline (which is inside an iframe) and releasing the mouse outside the iframe. When I hover the timeline after this it is in move state, drag apparently didn't end.

You can experience the issue with the following codepen.
P.S. I tested this with Google Chrome 71 on Windows 10.
