Add sub-dates (milestones) to items

Would love to be able to add milestones to individual items with start and end dates (similar to value property, but tied to specific dates)

I played a bit with the code and got a functional prototype. I'm hesitant to commit it since it is pretty sketchy.

Here's a screenshot of what I had in mind:

• green are completed milestones
• white are incomplete milestones that are far from due date
• yellow are incomplete milestones that are close to due date
• red are past due milestones
