Default groups and pools are not propagating from Settings

Description

Current Behavior

Groups and pools are collected as dropdowns from DL webservice, but default selected value should be picked up if configured in Settings profile. It seems that is not happening.

Expected Behavior

Select value in dropdowns based on Settings profile, do not fail if value not present on DL anymore, just fall to 'none'.
