pt-PT Locale does not have new lines

Hello @yllen.
In my transifex account I don't have the new lines, from the plugin, to translate to pt-PT.

For example, if I try to close a ticket with open tasks, I get the message "You cannot resolve the ticket", and I can't find this line in the PO file...

Other examples that I've found on another PO file (fr-FR I think)

Why aren't these available on transifex for translation??
