How does spectra compare to Matlab eigs #167

Hi,

I am trying to port a Matlab algorithm which uses eigs at some point to extract eigen pairs. How does Spectra compare to eigs in terms of accuracy and speed? Is there any benchmark being done?

At the moment I am tempted to say that Matlab eigs is more fast and accurate, but I don't know which specific Eigen Solver I should compare against since Spectra has few.
