- + Raw Score: A score that captures your students' general performance on the assessment, such as + total items correct. This score is difficult to interpret on its own which is why it is used to generate + standard scores and percentiles + +
- + Standard Score: A score that compares your students' performance to the performance of other + students in their age of grade group. This score gives you a glimpse of your student's understanding of + the tested skill compared to their peers + +
- + Percentile: A score that defines which percent of scores fall below your student's scores. For + example, if your student is in the 74th percentile, then 74 percent of scores are lower than their + score. + +
+ This score report provides a broad overview of your student’s reading development. Understand that a
+ student’s progress may not be linear, and their scores are not fixed- everyone has room to grow and learn.
