Improve client creation UX

Problem

I find myself doing this in all my projects in order to handle different rpc endpoints

createClient({
        chain: rpcUrl
            ? {
                  ...simulator,
                  rpcUrls: {
                      default: {
                          http: [rpcUrl],
                      },
                  },
              }
            : simulator,
        account: createAccount(accountPrivateKey),
    });

Expected solution

I expect some way to actually create a client by configuring its RPC endpoint, something like createClient({rpcEndpoint?: string})
