[error] handle arguments cases #11

Below are some cases that need to be handled:

no arguments
- If the user didn't pass a mobile app as an argument will face IndexError which recommended to be handled and show the user he actually needs to pass a mobile number.
passing number and a txt file
- the program will treat the file as a number
