What is the current behavior?

> yarn global upgrade
yarn global v0.16.1
error Invalid subcommand. Try "add, bin, ls, remove"

What is the expected behavior?
I ought to be able to upgrade global packages, e.g. yarn global upgrade yarn. The docs say this is supported.

Please mention your node.js, yarn and operating system version.
yarn v0.16.1
macOS 10.11.6
node v6.2.1
