I think that MediaCodec encoder is not implemented by ffmpeg, only decoder is available.it's slow whether how we optimize,
i will study mediacodec.i test that using mediacodec can save 1/2 time.

@yangkun19921001 硬件加速的话，你看这个项目 https://github.com/tanersener/mobile-ffmpeg ，自己增加下 mediacodec 硬件加速，开源的。看下代码加上就行了
