thank you very much for frequently providing MXNet Windows builds.
It seems that the C++ package is currently not enabled in your build and that a lot of people have trouble building it for Windows:
Is it possible to enable building the C++ package in your releases, too?
USE_CPP_PACKAGE=1
@visionNoob provided additional instructions because the official install guide appears not to be sufficient at the moment:
