Error DDLParserError: Unknown symbol '@' happens on certain files

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Take file https://github.com/timduru/platform-external-chromium_org/blob/16a18d799b9def43936f9f1fa2e325bcf616762c/components/test/data/web_database/version_30.sql?raw=True
2. Use code ddl = parse_from_file(filepath)
3. See error DDLParserError: Unknown symbol '@'

Expected behavior
No error expected

issue with @ was fixed in 0.27.0 but there is still issues with current ddl - so continue work on it
