如果用省的加起来难免数据太多

用工具导出省级的geojson或shp，在QGIS里面或者其他GIS软件里面，直接执行融合（Dissolve），就得到了一个图形

附Dissolve后导出的geojson文件，20220206发布的数据，wgs84坐标系

自己直接通过gis软件处理更好，Dissolve后可以通过Simplify来减少图形坐标点数（损失边界精度），减少最终文件的大小
