Invert COM 1 resets to OFF after power cycling transmitter

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Enter Telemetry Menu, change Invert COM 1 to ON
2.Exit
3.Power cycle9XR Pro
4.Invert COM 1 resets to OFF

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Invert COM 1 resets to OFF should hold setting after power cycle, this is an 
issue for OpenLRSNG users where this signal is inverted.

Telemetry works as expected when Invert COM 1 is ON
