This code I found allows you to build with 15 parts on each end of the central block instead of the default of 9 on each end, raising the max from 19 to 31.
There is a few or so quirks but it works fine in the test area and with a saved vehicle being usable in levels.
I additionally improved my Max Acquired Parts code to stop the missing parts effect on vehicles built with that code in use.
