Add option to read from unique ID for deCONZ integration

deCONZ integration only reads from the id attribute. However, id can be duplicated at times, so it needs to be edited in Phoscon UI, but it is not always possible.

This issue is to add the possibility to read from the unique ID attribute apart from the ID one.
