So in order...
Twinkle Tray is built with Electron, which forces 2, 3, and 4 to exist separately. 1 and 5 are split intentionally, as display communication can momentarily lock the whole process. Meaning the Twinkle Tray UI could freeze while getting new brightness values if they were the same process. In general, these processes aren't consuming any CPU time when you're not actively using Twinkle Tray, so the quantity isn't really an issue. |
