Start Web Search Settings not Working

To reproduce:

1. Under search and cortana in majorprivacy settings, check "disable web search" "disable search box suggestions" and "disable connected web search"
2. exit majorprivacy and restart
3. press start and type "slee"
4. expected result: a top search returned for sleep settings or at least "view recent sleep time" at the top
5. result: (in Canada) displays under best match "sleep country canada" and shows the company as a search on the right side. Test other searches of incomplete words in other countries for similar results.

Love the app, but looks like it's in need of an update.
