[Bug] Is this Xamarin 5 Version abandoned?

I've seen no activity from devs to answer or pull request to fix any problem here for weeks.

We should wait for MAUI to continue reporting issues or this forum will continue to live?

Is not. There is certainly an effort in .NET MAUI but Xamarin.Forms will continue to be officially supported until November 2022. And this has several implications:

• Triage: The team continuously triage, reviewing issues, validating and cataloging, as well as trying to give feedback or workarounds, etc.
• Fixes: With the focus on critical, regressions, etc.
