例如百度搜索建议接口返回数据是gbk格式：http://suggestion.baidu.com/su?wd=%E6%B5%8B%E8%AF%95
经过转发之后中文变成乱码：https://bird.ioliu.cn/v1?url=http://suggestion.baidu.com/su?wd=%E8%AE%BE%E8%AE%A1
