xbim includes materials in the Type sheet.
Well, responsibility matrix says "Also parses IfcMaterial and IfcMaterialLayerSet" in Alternative Processing,
however materials rows have no suitable attributes and (if I correct?) never referenced from other sheets, so I am not sure is it reasonable to include
