worker silently failing/crashing and restarting. I need an error report

Im trying to find out why the threads are crashing and restarting, I get no error reports.
with the cluster module you can do

cluster.on('exit', (worker, code, signal) => {
    console.log(`worker ${worker.process.pid} died`);
 });

Is it possible to do something similar?

I'm already doing

    process.on('uncaughtException', function(err){
        log.critical('uncaught', err);
        process.exit(1);
    });

in each thread, but so far no errors reported, just workers restarting

Well yes, uncaughtException' should work, except if you use promises, then you need to catch ´uncaughtRejection although.
