this.getOptions is not a function at Object.loader...

问题出现原因：该错误是 sass 预编译的 loader 不支持 getOptions() 方法。
解决方法：升级sass-loader，即 npm install sass-loader （vue2.6 环境下建议更新到 ^10.1.1 版本）。
