App Open Animation

When opening an app in dreamboard, there is no 'zoom' animation. Status bar goes black and after a short delay, app pops open.

That's probably why there's a short delay. I didn't even think about the zoom

Oh, and no app close animation either.

It would be really great to get this issue resolved too. Its getting really frustrating to have that 2-3 second delay when trying to launch an app because all the app splashscreen "zoom" animation's are missing, or not executing
