Description of the problem:
4.2.2 High-risk vulnerabilities CVE-2022-1587,CVE-2022-1586,CVE-2022-1587, CVE-2022-3970, and CVE-2024-7006 are found in wxbase32u_vc140.dll, involving pcre2 10.37 and libtiff 4.2.0/4.6.0. Upgrade the version to pcre2 10.41 or later and libtiff 4.7.0.
