Not sure if it was even published, but there was only a Vol6 Issue 1 that I have found.

Some issues were lost along the way unfortunately.  I tried to retrieve them and solicited every source available from mid 1998 when Wayne and I entered into negotiations until around 2001. Filo was the last best possibility but I never got a response to repeated attempts to contact him right up the time of his passing as I recall.
