Currently the password recovery flow of the recovery endpoint only supports user identification using the password. But the user should be able to recover password by providing additional claims other than username.
Describe the improvement
The APIs to support this feature has been provided via the new recovery APIs (wso2-extensions/identity-governance#345) that support recovery via user preferred notification channel. Those new APIs should be integrated with the recovery endpoint UIs.
