[Analysis And Fix] Application Branding Not Applied On Multiple Pages

Describe the issue:
When configuring application branding for a selected application , branding is not successfully applied to some of the pages.

How to reproduce:
Apply application level branding and visit following pages to check if it's applied.

Expected behavior:
If application level branding is configured, it should be applied to all the application level pages.

Main org : right aligned
Sub org : left aligned
