Describe the issue:

In the current UI under Login & Registration -> Invite User to Set Password, the configuration to enable 'Invite user via email' is labeled as 'Enable User email verification.' This labeling causes confusion about its actual function. It would be better to refine the label for clarity.

How to reproduce:

  1. Navigate to Login & Registration
  2. Then Invite User to Set the Password page

Expected behavior:
