Cannot delete tags

Hi! I'm using Zotero 6.0.37 on mac os Sonoma, with last version of Zutilo installed (3.10.0) and when I try to delete all tags from an item, it does not remove any tag. I've reinstalled zotero and zutilo, but it keeps not working. I've deselected automatic tags in general preferences. By the way, other contextual menus in zutilo worked rightly indeed. Please can you help me to engage remove all tags feature?
