This is the Swift version of the Amplify program for simulating PCR experiments.
This software is written in Swift 1.2. It is known to compile in Xcode 6.3.2 under OS X 10.11 El Capitan.
- Added support for primer with length up to 200 nt, to enable this feature,
please click the "Restore Factory Settings" under
Amplify4 -> Preferences... -> General
