RUCSS: HTTP codes and server code are ambigious #6293

Currently the RUCSS plugin code make no difference between an HTTP 408 and a response from the SAAS with a 408 error code.

This can create an unwanted behavior as the HTTP error will be treated as a SAAS error and reset the job.
