Training exercises: Stata commands

@bbdaniels, @maryyilma has finished her Visual Library tasks and will help us with the book codes for the next two weeks. I have asked her to review the code samples we have and, based on the book recommendations, create some best practice codes. Here's a list of what I think we need to do:

1. List Stata commands that are mentioned in chapter 5 and 6 (Mary will do it this week)
2. Prioritize which commands we want to add exercises and examples for (Luiza and Ben to do by end of the week)
3. Gather code examples from DIME team (Luiza to do by Monday at noon)
