Improve Owner subscription ID rendering

Two options are possible for the owner subscription ID:

1. sub id is part of the current subscription.
2. owner is another subscription

In case of option 1:

• Just show the current subscription badge

In case of option2:

• show the subscription description with link to detail page on new tab
• short 8-ch uuid with copy function on hoover

Would be preferable if a GraphQL resolver is implemented in the backend to retrieve the ownerSubscriptionDescription instead of an extra API call.
