Expected:
Regardless of whether the user changes the site title via Site Settings or by tapping the site title on the main My Site screen, the My Site screen should reflect the changed title.
Actual:
If the user changes the site title via Site Settings, that change is not reflected on the My Site screen.

Steps to reproduce:
From My Site screen, go to Site Settings
Enter new name
Go back to My Site screen
Note original name is still used (both as a part of navigation title if you scroll down and in the site name space at the very top of the screen)
Tap site name
Note the entry field shows new name you entered in Site Settings
Save – change is not reflected.
Tap site name again and enter a 3rd name
Save
Note that now the 3rd site name is shown
Tested on iPhone XS, iOS 15.4.1, WPiOS 19.7.0.2
