@jkmassel do you know why is this issue labeled low when it has the most events in Sentry and how come its not in the Groundskeeping board and no one looked at it ?

@frosty , I'm seeing this error a lot (updated: https://sentry.io/share/issue/8ccd2213dfcf4a22b38835bab04d79fc/) so I added it to media upload board, can you please take a look at this ?

Just an update: this appears to not be a crash, but a log message posted to Sentry. We actually made a change last year to downgrade this as it was previously logging as an error not a message.

I may add a little info to the logging to see if we can determine what's causing the issue in the first place, but at least the app isn't crashing 🙂

To update, this error's seen an uptick since we last reported. There have been 9.7k instances in the last 90 days. As this isn't a crash, I won't change the priority for now, but it's worth keeping an eye on this.

The number of events began to decrease around September 18th. This seems correlated to the release of version 23.2 and the incorporation of a new media picker (#21190). Specifically, this change (13285a3) regarding fixing an issue with MediaImportService not reporting errors looks related.
